DAILY COURSES

Students will experience the following courses daily in their multi-grade groups.

​Creative Writing & Reading
Students will practice being avid writers and readers in this class. In addition to teacher read-alouds, students will explore the four different types of writing styles and their categories (expository, descriptive, persuasive, and narrative).
​Practical Math
In these lessons, students will learn about how we can find math in the world around us all o the time. Practical Math helps students to apply their math skills to everyday situations and to see the importance of mathematics.

Unlocking the World through the Arts
Students’ creativity is fostered in this course as they work on their own artistic creations. Students will stir up their passion for the arts by working with mixed media on projects that highlight their personal and cultural expression.
