​Sessions

RIS Summer Program is divided into four main sessions. Each session consists of one week.  The dates for each session is listed below. 

Session 1: June 19-23        Session 1: June 26-30        Session 1: July 3-7        Session 1: June 10-14

Lunch & Snack

All snacks and lunches are included in the tuition payment for RIS Summer Program students. A balanced lunch will be served in the school cafeteria.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each session or group has a minimum number of participants required; the minimum number of students per group is 4. Should this minimum not be met by June 12, 2017, the course will be cancelled at the discretion of the Principal. Notice will be sent to all registered participants as early as possible so they may register for another session or group if desired. If a session or group is cancelled due to low enrollment, full refund will be returned or applied to a new course option of like value.

If a participant withdraws/cancels his/her registration for any program offering or session prior to June 15, 2017, a refund of any session fee paid, less the 10% non-refundable registration fee will be granted as stated above. However, if any participant withdraws/cancels their registration, or drops out of the program or session after June 15, 2017, there will be NO reimbursement.

Transportation

Transportation will be available throughout the duration of the summer program on a weekly fee basis if there is a substantial need. Buses will travel to central locations in the areas of request. Parents may register their children for buses via the Bus Request Form and should book the bus for each week of travel at least one week prior to the start of the requested start date. Once transportation requests have been registered via the Bus Request Form, bus routes will be coordinated through Mr. Sangjun Lee, Transportation Coordinator. Mr. Lee will provide bus assistance throughout the summer program. Buses will be provided at the beginning and end of each full day for 70,000 KRW per week. No transportation will be provided for half-day program.
